User Content Policy

1. You Retain 100% Ownership of Your Content

At Lovora, we believe your personal celebrations and memories belong exclusively to you.

You retain all copyrights, intellectual property rights, and moral rights in and to the photographs, messages, love letters, names, and text you input into our platform (“User Content”). Lovora does not claim ownership of any content you upload.

2. Limited License Granted to Lovora

In order to operate Lovora and render your interactive gift on screen, you grant Lovora a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license solely for the following technical purposes:

• Processing & Compression: Compressing and optimizing your photos for fast delivery on mobile web browsers.
• Hosting & Storage: Storing the photos and text in our encrypted cloud storage and database for the duration of the gift lifecycle.
• Display & Transmission: Generating temporary signed URLs and rendering the animated scenes (such as the envelope opening, balloon pop, memory lane carousel, and letter reveal) to individuals who access your unique gift link.

No Commercial Exploitation: We will never use your personal photos, names, or messages for marketing, public showcases, advertising campaigns, or machine learning training without your explicit, separate written consent.

3. Your Representations & Warranties

When you upload photos or input text to create a gift on Lovora, you represent, warrant, and certify that:

1. You are the sole author and copyright owner of the uploaded content, or you have obtained all necessary written licenses, permissions, and releases from the copyright owner.
2. You have obtained explicit consent from any living individual depicted in the photographs (or their parent/legal guardian if under 18) to upload and share their likeness.
3. Your content does not violate any third-party trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy right, or right of publicity.
4. Your content strictly complies with our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Content Moderation & Removal

Because Lovora is a private gift exchange platform, we do not inspect, read, or pre-screen private gift messages before they are sent.

However, Lovora reserves the right to review, restrict, or permanently delete any gift or photograph if:

• We receive a credible abuse or harassment complaint from the recipient or a depicted third party.
• We receive a legally valid copyright infringement notice under our Copyright / IP Complaint Policy.
• Our automated safety filters detect prohibited material (such as child sexual abuse material or malicious scripts).
• Compelled by a court order or law enforcement directive.

5. 30-Day Expiry & Right to Revoke License

The license you grant to Lovora automatically terminates when your gift reaches the end of its 30-day lifecycle and is permanently deleted from our servers.

You may also revoke the license at any time prior to the 30-day mark by navigating to your Creator Dashboard and deleting the gift. Deletion immediately invalidates the link and purges all uploaded photographs and text from our cloud infrastructure.
