Zero Physical Shipping Notice:

Lovora does not manufacture, package, store, or physically dispatch any tangible items, printed cards, physical gifts, or postal mail. Any references to “gifts” or “surprises” throughout our platform refer strictly to interactive, software-rendered web experiences accessible through a browser.

2. When Delivery Is Considered Complete

Electronic delivery of your gift is deemed fully completed immediately when you click “Publish Gift” in the creator workflow and our server completes the following automated actions:

Link Generation: Our backend generates a cryptographically random, unique web address (e.g., https://lovora.space/gift/[unique-token]).
Asset Hosting: Your uploaded photographs and configuration are locked and staged in our cloud infrastructure.
Dashboard Placement: The active gift link, creation details, and sharing controls appear in your personal Creator Dashboard.

At this point, delivery is instantaneous and complete. You can immediately copy the URL and share it with your recipient via WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, SMS, Email, or any messaging channel of your choice.

3. Delivery Timeline & Cost

Delivery Time: Instantaneous (under 5 seconds following successful credit deduction).
Shipping Fees: ₹0. There are zero shipping, handling, packaging, or courier fees on Lovora.
Geographical Availability: Global. Anyone with an internet connection anywhere in the world can access a published Lovora gift link.

4. Access Period & Operational Lifecycle

Once published, the digital gift remains live, interactive, and accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for 30 calendar days from the exact moment of creation.

After 30 days, the digital link will expire and all associated media files will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Technical Requirements for Access

To view and interact with a Lovora digital gift, the recipient must have:

An active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
A modern web browser (such as Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge) running on an iPhone, Android phone, tablet, or desktop computer.
JavaScript enabled in their web browser.

No App Installation Required: Recipients do not need to download an application from an app store, install software, or create a user account to view their surprise.

6. Delivery Issues & Troubleshooting

If you publish a gift and the link does not appear in your dashboard, or if you or your recipient experience an error accessing the link:

Check your browser connection and refresh your dashboard.
Ensure the link was copied completely, including the full cryptographic token.
Contact our engineering support team immediately at lovora.space@gmail.com with your payment ID or account email.

If an unresolvable technical fault on our platform prevented link delivery, you will be entitled to a credit restoration or full refund pursuant to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
