Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose of Lovora

Lovora is built exclusively for lawful, positive, and personal celebration experiences—including birthdays, anniversaries, relationship milestones, friendships, and expressions of gratitude.

Every user must exercise good judgment, treat others with dignity, and respect privacy. You are strictly prohibited from using Lovora for any malicious, abusive, or unlawful purpose.

2. Strictly Prohibited Content

You may not create, upload, transmit, or share any gift containing content that includes:

Zero-Tolerance Content Categories:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Exploitation: Any depiction or sexualization of minors. Such content will result in immediate termination, permanent banning, and mandatory immediate reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and Indian law enforcement agencies.
Non-Consensual Sexual Imagery (NCII) / “Revenge Porn”: Sharing intimate, nude, or sexually suggestive media of any person without their explicit, verifiable affirmative consent.
Explicit Pornography & Nudity: Lovora is a family-safe celebration platform. Sexually explicit acts or full frontal nudity are strictly forbidden.
Harassment, Stalking, Threats & Intimidation: Using gifts to terrorize, menace, blackmail, cyber-bully, or stalk any individual.
Hate Speech & Discrimination: Promoting violence, incitement, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
Defamation & False Statements: Publishing false, malicious statements intended to damage someone's personal or professional reputation.
Doxxing & Non-Consensual PII: Publishing another individual's home address, government ID number (Aadhaar, PAN, SSN), private phone number, financial details, or medical records without authorization.

3. Prohibited System Abuse & Technical Attacks

You agree not to engage in any technical attacks, reverse engineering, or system misuse against Lovora, including:

Bypassing Payment or Verification: Exploiting application bugs, race conditions, or client-side tampering to publish gifts or obtain credits without legitimate payment.
Automated Scraping & Token Enumeration: Using bots, crawlers, spiders, or automated scripts to guess, scrape, or harvest gift tokens, images, or account data.
Denial of Service (DoS): Flooding APIs, executing denial-of-service attacks, or placing unreasonable loads on our cloud infrastructure.
Malware & Phishing: Embedding malicious code, phishing links, redirect scripts, or tracking beacons in gift text fields.
Security Probing: Port-scanning, vulnerability scanning, or penetration testing against our production environment without prior written authorization.

4. Monitoring, Investigations & Enforcement

While Lovora respects private communications and does not routinely inspect private gift content prior to publishing, we reserve the right to review gifts upon receiving an abuse report, copyright complaint, or automated security alert.

If a violation of this policy is discovered, we may take any or all of the following enforcement actions at our sole discretion:

Immediate Content Takedown: Invalidation of the gift token and permanent deletion of associated photographs.
Account Suspension / Termination: Banning the creator's Google account from accessing Lovora and forfeiting remaining credits.
Law Enforcement Referral: Forwarding relevant IP logs, account identifiers, and uploaded evidence to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

5. How to Report a Violation

If you received a Lovora gift link containing abusive, non-consensual, or unlawful material, please report it immediately:
